Background

This marked my first initiative in the marketing world. When the pandemic hit, small businesses, especially those relying on in-person sales at farmers' markets, faced significant challenges. I stepped in to support Stone Monkey, a vegan Chinese food pop-up, by designing promotional content across multiple channels, including social media posts, email campaigns, print media, and digital marketing materials.

Through visually appealing and engaging content, I successfully drove interest and increased engagement in Stone Monkey's unique offerings. I scheduled weekly events that created buzz and excitement around its delicious vegan menu.

Additionally, I collaborated with notable names in the vegan industry, such as Omni Foods, and partnered with large vegan food events in San Diego. These efforts positioned Stone Monkey as a leader in the vegan food pop-up space, expanded its reach, and opened up new opportunities for growth.
